We have delivered a multi-million-pond project for a London-based awarding body with members across 120 countries. As part of the digital transformation project, we have shifted their on-premise Dynamics CRM and finance systems to Dynamics 365 on the cloud.
Several members of our BSAs worked closely with the client to understand their current processes and any gaps or issues with their existing operations (the ‘as is’ stage) and built a series of technical requirements for the new system that will help the client achieve their intended stage (the ‘to be’ stage).
This allowed us to select, configure, implement and test a new Dynamics 365 solution that met all their project goals and delivered genuine value for money.
