FPC Centralises Operations with Finance and Events System

Challenge 

FPC’s previous event and finance management processes were manual and fragmented, making it difficult to manage member data and track event bookings efficiently. When users applied for industry awards or registered for events, their information had to be entered manually into separate systems, leading to duplicate records, data inconsistencies and a time-consuming administrative burden. FPC required a modern solution that could automatically capture user data, link it to their internal CRM and streamline their event and membership management processes. The new system needed to provide an improved user journey, reduce manual intervention and deliver a more cohesive digital experience. 

Solution 

PSP's internal software development team implemented a tailored finance and events management system built on our VISION platform, designed specifically to meet FPC’s requirements. Through system integration, we integrated the solution directly with FPC’s existing website, creating a seamless bridge between the front-end user experience and back-end CRM operations. This integration meant that when users applied for awards, booked tickets for an event, or registered their interest in other FPC activities through the website, their details were automatically captured and populated in the CRM. This eliminated the need for manual data entry, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all records. 

The new system also centralised FPC’s financial operations, enabling the organisation to manage invoices, payments and membership renewals from a single platform. Our team worked closely with FPC to map out each process, ensuring the system aligned with their business workflows and provided real-time visibility into all events and financial activities. By linking the VISION platform with their website, we provided FPC with an integrated dashboard that allowed them to track user engagement, monitor event attendance and access financial data in one place, streamlining their day-to-day operations significantly.
