PSP is thrilled to announce the launch of a new web-based application for The Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), which serves as a replication of the existing Windows application, Vision for CIPS.
This innovative application has been designed to enhance the efficiency of managing tutor diaries through the Direct Associate Diary Management (DADM) module.
Key Features of Vision:
- Efficient Diary Management: The replicated DADM module allows CIPS to manage tutor diaries effectively by creating packages, modules, and tutor days
- Centralised Tutor Calendar: A user-friendly tutor calendar displays the statuses of bookings, including provisional, confirmed, and cancelled, making the management of all tutor bookings simple and centralised
- Streamlined Activity Entry: The capability to enter specific activities through batch entry enables the easy addition of holidays, preventing tutors from being scheduled when they are unavailable
Enhanced Reporting and Billing Capabilities
The previous version of the DADM module included a variety of reports, all of which have been seamlessly migrated to the new system.
Auto-Billing Module Redevelopment: In addition to the DADM module, the Auto-Billing module has undergone redevelopment.
This feature allows the exam team to invoice their markers for the exams they have assessed and for any standardisation fees due.
- Integration with CIPS Finance: The Auto-Billing module integrates smoothly with the existing CIPS Finance system, enabling automatic invoice processing and eliminating the need for manual intervention
- Direct Invoice Management: All invoices are sent directly from the Xcelerate application to the markers, while CIPS retains the ability to print and resend invoices as needed
Testimonial
Chris Pugh, Testing Manager at CIPS
Our company have worked with PSP for a number of years, my specific area involves testing and therefore I have worked with their Testing & Quality Manager Lynsey Greenfield closely on a range of large projects, smaller change initiatives and on day-to-day bug resolution. This has included test plan build, writing scripts, test automation and testing itself across a range of Oracle applications and other integrated applications. Lynsey excels in all aspects and has helped our company develop and mature our test capability providing expert feedback and attention to detail.
Conclusion
With the launch of Vision, PSP is committed to providing a powerful tool for CIPS that simplifies tutor management and billing processes. We believe that this web-based application will significantly enhance productivity and streamline operations.
PSP are working closely with CIPS on a further six upcoming phases to build on Vision to enhance tutor and account management along with additional integration to their CRM system, and much more, with the aim of reducing the reliance on spreadsheets and cutting down administration time.
