Winners: Excellence in Customer Care!

We were delighted to win Excellence in Customer Care at the 2023 South Holland Business Awards! The award recognised our dedication to getting it right the first time for our clients and the internal online academy we developed last year for our staff.

The SharePoint Intranet has training videos and user guides for all client systems. Therefore, whenever a customer reaches out with a query about their system, a developer or customer support assistant is always on hand to help them.

Our customer support team works tirelessly to ensure our clients receive high levels of care and support. Our customer and project support teams are the orchestrators behind every project. They’re our clients' go-to point of call; their jargon-free language and openness throughout the development process make our clients feel safe with their development projects in our hands.

Supporting the Community: Highly Commended

We felt heart-warming when we received highly commended in the Supporting the Community award.

Our highly commended recognition honoured the charity work the business has performed over the years. In particular, last year was our first full year sponsoring Lincolnshire children's homes, where we treated all the children and staff to special treats throughout the year. We gave each child a present of their choice for Christmas and birthdays and paid for individual summer days out for all the children.
