PSP Celebrates Homegrown Talent with Permanent Appointment
24th June 2026
People, Systems and Process (PSP) is pleased to welcome its newest team member, reinforcing the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting and developing emerging talent.
What makes this appointment especially meaningful is that Liam first joined PSP during a school work‑experience placement, where he gained his initial exposure to the world of business and technology.
After a successful placement and with Liam showing real enthusiasm to learn PSP continued to invest in his development by offering part‑time work alongside his college studies. He began working one day a week, later increasing to two days as his confidence, capability and experience grew.
During this time, Liam consistently demonstrated dedication, often choosing to spend his own time expanding his technical knowledge and deepening his understanding of the systems and solutions delivered by the business.
As his skills developed, Liam became a valued part of the team, gaining hands‑on experience, building professional confidence and contributing to a variety of activities while continuing his education.
Having now completed this stage of his journey, PSP is delighted to welcome Liam into a permanent position within the company.
Liam, said
"It is amazing to see how far I have come since first joining PSP on work experience three years ago. During my time here, I have been given the opportunity to continuously develop my skills, take on new challenges and learn something new every day.
The support and encouragement I have received from the team has played a huge part in my growth, both professionally and personally. Working in such a friendly environment has given me the confidence to step outside my comfort zone, build valuable experience, and progress through my studies.
I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities PSP has provided and excited to continue developing my career as a permanent member of the team."
Joe Verde, CEO of PSP, said
"One of the most rewarding aspects of running a business is seeing people develop and grow. Watching someone progress from a work experience placement to becoming a permanent member of our team is fantastic. Liam has shown dedication, a willingness to learn and a great attitude throughout, and we are delighted to support him as he takes this next step in his career."
PSP remains committed to investing in people and creating opportunities for individuals at all stages of their careers. The company believes that supporting local talent benefits not only the individual, but also the business and wider community.
Everyone at PSP congratulates Liam on his appointment and wishes him every success in the next stage of his career.
