PSP Client Smashes Three Peaks Challenge to Raise £22,775 For Charity

PSP would like to say congratulations to one of our clients, Pilgrim Foodservice who recently raised £22,775 from their 26-mile trek to conquer the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales.

Strategy Director Jenni Holgate and Head of Procurement Karen Hamlyn started their journey on Friday 9th August by climbing up Ben Nevis in torrential rain and 60mph winds. They completed the ascent in 6 and a half hours. The next day, they tackled Scafell Pike in Cumbria before their 5-and-a-half-hour climb up Snowdon on Sunday 11th August.

They raised a total of £22,775 for GroceryAid, which is a special charity for people who have worked or are working in the grocery industry. With the money raised, the charity will be able to help those people get the emotional, practical and financial support they need.
