PSP-IT recommissioned by Rutland Cycling to produce IT Strategy Review

Rutland Cycling is a successful cycling retailer based in the East Midlands. Rutland Cycling has an ambitious strategy of acquiring new retail outlets in tourist areas within Central England and they also want to gain a competitor advantage with a market-leading, revenue-generating E-Commerce website.

Brett Caruso and the PSP-IT team have previously worked with Rutland Cycling to provide IT strategy and planning services to re-align Rutland Cycling’s IT strategy to their business growth aspirations. We have also provided ongoing Outsource IT Management to Rutland Cycling working on a variety of functions including stock management systems, E-Commerce website support, third-party supplier agreements and personnel management. This will be a second review for Rutland Cycling by our senior consultant, Brett Caruso.
