PSP Strengthens Technical Team with Two New Appointments
2nd June 2026
People, Systems and Process (PSP) is strengthening its technical delivery capability with the addition of two new specialists who will support the growing demand for high‑quality outsourced development, reporting and digital services.
As more organisations look to PSP for scalable technical support, these new roles will enhance the company’s ability to provide reliable, on‑demand expertise across software development and business intelligence.
A React Developer will join the team on 15 June, bringing hands‑on experience in modern web technologies and user‑centric application design. Their expertise will support clients who rely on PSP‑Outsourced for flexible development capacity, rapid prototyping and ongoing enhancement of digital solutions.
On 6 July, a Data and Power BI Engineer will also join the business. This role has been introduced to meet increasing demand for outsourced reporting, analytics, and dashboard development. The engineer will help clients unlock greater value from their data, improve visibility of performance and make more informed operational decisions.
These appointments reflect PSP's continued investment in expanding its technical resource pool, ensuring clients have access to the skills they need without the overheads of in‑house recruitment.
Joe Verde, CEO of PSP, commented:
“We’re pleased to welcome both specialists to the business. Their expertise will further strengthen our development and data capabilities, ensuring we can continue to support clients with innovative, high‑quality solutions. As requirements evolve, expanding our technical team is essential to maintaining the level of service our clients expect.”
The new hires will join PSP’s growing team of technology professionals, supporting service delivery across software development, business intelligence, cloud technologies, CRM platforms, managed services and digital transformation.
The team looks forward to welcoming both new starters and supporting them as they begin their roles.
